Owner

R. Holmes Strategic LLC was established in 2016. Our office is located in the Chicagoland area.  Since starting the company, we have supported, enhanced and prepared over ten small businesses through consulting to create, adapt, and/or implement their Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Organizational Effectiveness and Development (OED) strategies. Additionally, we have customized corporate training programs, and provided career development courses for professionals.
