About the Role

We're seeking a part-time employee relations intern to join our Prepare team on a limited basis. This role will assist with varying activities.

Duties include:
• Facilitate the resolution of requests and inquiries from customers following defined procedures and guidelines
• Observe interactions between clients and RHS consultants on non-complex workplace investigations
• Observe RHS consultants when providing advice and counsel on workplace matters
• Assist in the facilitation of training
• Conduct intake conversations, and immediately escalate complex workplace issues
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior coursework in Human Resources

  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills

  • Basic Microsoft Word skills

  • Basic Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and ability to take specific direction and complete tasks

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
