About the Role

We're seeking a part-time training and development intern to join our Enhance team on a limited basis. This role will assist with learning and development projects.

Duties include:
Assist with the creation of training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
Compile, categorize and maintain knowledge database of the latest trends in training and development
Assist in the administration of client assessments for training and development needs through surveys, interviews, observing activities that include focus groups, communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives
Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
Collect, organize, and analyze data
Data entry
Email correspondence
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Prior coursework in Human Resources, Training and Development or related field

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills

  • Basic Microsoft Word skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and ability to take specific direction and complete tasks

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
